All prices include taxes. If the booking is cancelled or changed later than 21 days before the arrival, the guarantee fee will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
The total fee is charged if the booking is changed or cancelled later than mentioned above, likewise if the customer never shows up.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”Force majeure” _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]Cottage owner has the right to cancel a reservation due to force majeure (the hotel cannot deliver the agreed services due to a factor that affects its operations e.g. strike, fire, water damage, natural disaster, state of war etc.). In such cases the all allready payed fees will be reimbursed to the client.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”COVID 19 – International Travel Restrictions and Flight Cancellations” _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]The customer does not have the right to deviate from the booking and cancellation terms and conditions and does not have the right to cancel their booking on the basis that the customer that made the booking or the guests are not able to arrive at the accommodation at the booked arrival time as a result of the travel restrictions or other restrictions imposed by Finland or the country of departure as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic. Travel restrictions do not count as \u201cForce Majeure\u201d events\/circumstances, as international travel and\/or national restrictions which are due to the COVID-19 epidemic are not unforeseen. In this situation, the customer\u2019s cancellation and no-shows will be subject to the standard booking and cancellation terms and conditions. The above also applies in the event that the customer or the guests cannot enter Finland due to the cancellation of flights or changes in schedules. [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]The accommodation is available from 16.00 on the arrival day until 12.00 noon on the day of departure.<\/p>\n
The rent entitles to stay in the holiday home the booked time. The maximum number of persons specified for the accommodation in the destination description must not be exceeded. The normal energy expenses, furniture, crockery, dishes, mattresses, pillows and quilts include the price,<\/p>\n
likewise the firewood. The use and palcement of a hot tub must always be agreed in advance with the maintainer of the property.<\/p>\n
In summer the rowing boat is available for the customers. The linen and departure cleaning are not covered in the fee. These can be ordered separately from the owner.<\/p>\n
If you want occasionally invite more people to the holiday home (e.g. feasts) you must agree with the owner in advance.<\/p>\n
The tents and caravans are prohibited without permission from the owner. <\/p>\n
Smoking and pets are prohibited indoors. Pets are allowed Koski and Saunaniemi cottages. <\/p>\n
Any bringing of pets to the cottages must be mentioned when making the booking. The customer is responsible for picking up all pet droppings left in the grounds and compensating for any damages incurred by pets on the property or its fittings and furnishings direst to the owner. <\/p>\n
We aren\u2019t responsibility for any allergic symptoms or other problems incurred by its customers from unauthorized smoking or animals. Kiviniemi cottage where pets are not welcome, this does not mean that the cottage is suitable for allergy sufferers.<\/p>\n

If the customer is going to leave some other time, he or she has to inform the owner and arrange the handover of the key and destination.<\/p>\n
The destination must be tidy on departure. A separately ordered departure cleaning service rent does not cover dish-washing, garbage removal or cleaning the barbeque. The customer must return any moved furniture to their original place.<\/p>\n
